Ipamorelin / CJC-1295 (no DAC) combines two peptides in one lyophilized powder: the pentapeptide ipamorelin (CAS 170851-70-4) and the 29-residue GHRH analogue modified GRF (1-29) (CAS 863288-34-0). As a blend it has no single molecular weight.
The combination is examined in endocrine research that pairs GHRH receptor with ghrelin receptor stimulation to study pituitary growth hormone pulses and somatostatin feedback in animals. Studied in vitro and in animal models; no approved clinical application in any jurisdiction.
