CJC-1295 without DAC is a 29-amino-acid analogue of the bioactive N-terminal segment of GHRH, known in the literature as modified GRF (1-29) and carrying four stabilising amino-acid substitutions. CAS 863288-34-0, molecular weight 3367.9 g·mol⁻¹; supplied as a lyophilized peptide powder.
Endocrine research uses it to examine GHRH receptor signalling in pituitary cells and short, pulse-like growth hormone release patterns in animals. Studied in vitro and in animal models; no approved clinical application in any jurisdiction.
