Research Overview
Antibalder is a two-component capsule pairing the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu (CAS 89030-95-5, 403.92 g·mol⁻¹) with minoxidil, a pyrimidine N-oxide small molecule (CAS 38304-91-5, 209.25 g·mol⁻¹). Both actives are combined in research capsules.
The pairing lets researchers compare peptide and small-molecule approaches in dermal papilla cell culture, follicle growth-phase models and VEGF-related vascular signalling in skin. Studied in vitro and in animal models; this research-grade material is not an approved medicinal product.
Studied in
- Hair follicle biology — dermal papilla cultures
- Skin vasculature — VEGF signalling studies
- Ion channels — K-ATP opener pharmacology
- Extracellular matrix — collagen remodelling models
